Wonderbucks Trading Company began in 1999 as a single store along Vancouver's Commercial Drive and quickly became known throughout the city as the "it" place to find ultra-funky wares and unique chachkees at bargain prices. We established our business on the belief that customers wanted an alternative to today's sprawling megastore. You will not get lost in our aisles. You will find a salesperson to answer your queries. You will find the elusive gift for that hard-to-buy for person on your list. Who knew it could be this easy?

At Wonderbucks Trading Company, you'll also find everything from aromatherapy candles to knock-off French Provincial-style furniture, from picture frames to kitchen gadgets, from hand-painted plant urns to cups and saucers. Founded also on the principles behind the neighbourhood 1950s hardware store, Wonderbucks Trading Company became a funked-up version of the five-and-dime of yesteryear. Over the years, however, we've evolved, expanded, and multiplied. We believe in change just as much as we believe in following our customers' eclectic wishes. Driven by our own personal frustration with the marketplace while recently furnishing our home, we decided to get out there are scour the world markets ourselves. We found a wealth of inexpensive home furnishings with that. Wonderbucks Trading Company is entering its next exciting phase: modern, traditional, and classic home furnishings. But fear not. We continue to register waaaay under budget, although you wouldn't know it by looking at our fabulous furniture!
